No captain is required.
You’re welcome to operate the boat yourself as long as you meet Texas boating requirements. If you prefer, you may also designate a qualified captain. -
Anyone 32 years or older may operate the boat.
Anyone under 32 years old must complete a Texas Boater Education Certificate before the rental.

No. A driver’s license is not required to drive the boat.
Only boating education requirements apply if driver younger than 32. -
We meet at the Little Elm Boat Ramp on Lake Lewisville.
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll send you exact directions and arrival details so everything is smooth and easy. -
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so we can review safety info and get you on the water on time.

Yes — swimming is allowed only in designated swimming areas on Lake Lewisville.
Please follow posted lake rules and safety guidelines. -
Yes! You’re welcome to bring:
Drinks and snacks
A cooler
Your own music
We just ask that everything is enjoyed responsibly and safely.

For safety reasons, the person operating the boat should not consume alcohol while driving.

If availability allows, extra time may be possible.
Additional fuel or usage charges may apply for extended time on the water. -
Please return on time.
Extended time without prior notice may result in additional fuel charges, and towing costs may apply if the boat runs out of fuel. -
We ask that the boat is returned in the same condition it left.
Any damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges. -
Capacity is up to 12 people if 1 is a kid.

Yes. Before boarding, all renters complete a Rental Agreement & Safety Acknowledgment.
